QUALITY POLICY
Placing a great emphasis on Quality has always been a tradition in company. The Company applies the management philosophy of Total Quality Management, from the initial steps through Quality Control & Quality Assurance and in compliance with EU GDP and ISO 9001:2015.
The company considers the notion of Quality to be a strategic concept, not just with regard to its products and its internal and external processes, but also to its relations with all those concerned (customers, owners, managers, employees, competitors, suppliers, partners, government institutions and the public at large). Our principles concerning quality have been set out in a framework:
- Customer focus, or the identification and satisfaction of internal and external customers’ needs, both expressed and latent.
- Emphasis on the leadership, which includes setting objectives and providing for the resources necessary for achieving them.
- Employee involvement, which means a recognition of the fact that long-term business success is impossible without harnessing the creative capabilities of each and every employee.
- Process orientation, which defines the Company not as the sum of its organizational parts, but in terms of processes that serve the realization of business objectives.
- A systems approach, which means seeking relations among the various parts and examining the whole in the light of these relations.
- Continuous improvement or a never-ending quest for perfection in every element of every field.
